Hi - I’m Hazel Morley.

As a Time to Think Coach, Facilitator and Teacher, my work is based on Nancy Kline’s framework for independent thinking known as the Thinking Environment.

The Thinking Environment is one of the most dependable, reliable, and respectful ways I have found that honours individuality and provides the freedom and safe space for people to show up and speak up.

As a member of the Time to Think global Faculty, and one of only two Teachers in North America, I feel privileged to teach others how to produce independent thinking in their organizations, teams, and lives.

If you knew that a Thinking Environment can transform any aspect of your work and life, where would you start?

As (I hope) you’ll hear when we speak, I am originally from England, and spent most of my life in Robin Hood’s old stomping ground, Nottingham.

After a ski trip to Whistler, British Columbia, in 2004, the Tantalus mountain range called and I ditched the city life to start afresh in the land of the maple leaf 🍁

This life-changing decision emerged from a Thinking Environment, like most of my best decisions since 2003.

When I’m not working I’m usually outside, enjoying the clean mountain air, the forests, and lakes. There’s much to appreciate in the ‘sea-to-sky’ region where I am fortunate to live, work and play.
