Time to Think Mentoring Program™

For Mentors/Supervisors/Managers/Leaders & Mentees

Take mentoring to a new level with this unique approach

  • Learn and experience the principles and process of the Thinking Environment to understand the difference independent thinking makes to a Mentoring relationship and its success

  • Practice the Thinking Partnership session and the use of Incisive Questions™ with the Mentee

  • Reframe the roles and responsibilities to keep the independent thinking of the Mentee as the goal

  • Implement a 4-stage process for the mentoring process

  • Create a follow up process for optimal effectiveness and to advance skill development

  • Typically, a 2-day in-person program (if no existing Thinking Environment expertise) + follow up

    OR 4 half-day online sessions.

    Recommended follow up process: 2-hours/monthly to develop the relationship + quarterly group Mentoring workshops to develop the Thinking Environment experience and create a thinking culture in the organization

  • Group size typically up to 12 ppl

  • Define Diversity in a Thinking Environment and why it matters

  • Immerse yourself in a Thinking Environment to experience fully independent thinking and appreciate the importance and impact of divergent thought

  • Learn some foundational Thinking Environment expertise to think better with others

  • Explain the nature of assumptions and how to craft Incisive Questions™ to help a Thinker free their mind of untrue limiting assumptions and reclaim their power and pride in all their identities

  • Use the Diversity process structure to identify and replace untrue assumptions that limit influence and self-esteem for the individual and organization

  • Typically, a minimum of 1 day in-person workshop with no existing Thinking Environment expertise, otherwise a half-day add-on.

    Online: 2 half-day sessions usually.

    Recommended: additional follow up time to develop Thinking Environment expertise to embed this profound level of understanding and change at an individual & organizational level
